The fee schedule is as follows:

Attendee (with CEUs) – $150.00
Standard Attendee (No CEUs) – $150.00
With Student ID (No CEUs) – $50.00

Diamond Sponsor – $3,000.00 – Logo will appear on all badges, presentation slides, screens, includes all lower level benefits.
Platinum Sponsor – $1,300.00 – Logo appears as 2 meal sponsor and all lower level benefits.
Gold Sponsor – $1,200.00 –  Logo appears as 1 meal sponsor with premium booth placement, includes all lower level benefits.
Silver Sponsor – $1,100.00 – Logo appears as 1 refreshment break sponsor, with all lower level benefits.
Standard Sponsor – $1,000.00 – Standard booth with attendee list.
